Well-T Technology's Hubei Production Base Successfully Topped Out, Embarking on a New Milestone in High-End Silica Sol Intelligent Manufacturing
Summary: Recently, Well-T Technology's Hubei production base successfully completed the topping-out of its main structure, marking that the project has entered a brand-new phase. As a key component of Well-T Technology's global strategic layout, the Hubei production base is positioned as a high-purity silica sol R&D and manufacturing center. With a total investment of RMB 1.2 billion and covering 123.64 mu (approx. 8.24 hectares), the base will feature multiple intelligent production lines built to internationally advanced standards, with an annual production capacity of 150,000 tons of liquid water glass, 100,000 tons of high-purity silica sol, 30,000 tons of PPB-grade ultra-high-purity silica sol, and 20,000 tons of electronic chip polishing slurry.
Upon completion, the project will focus on breaking through technological bottlenecks in the high-end silicon materials field, with an emphasis on the R&D and manufacturing of high-end products such as high-purity silica sol, PPB-grade ultra-high-purity silica sol, and electronic chip polishing slurry. These products will be primarily applied in critical technology fields such as semiconductor chip manufacturing, and are expected to fill the gap in China's high-end inorganic silicon materials market segment, enhancing the country's self-reliance and control over the silicon materials industry chain.
Looking Ahead: Building a New Industrial Landscape
With the full topping-out of the main structure, the project will officially enter the equipment installation and commissioning stage. Based on the current construction progress, the base is expected to commence production and operation by mid-next year. The completion of this production base will serve as a crucial pillar for Well-T Technology to expand its production capacity and optimize its industrial layout.
